In April 2020, actor and director Reece Dinsdale found himself, like many of us, at home due to Covid lockdown measures. So he began a series of online Question and Answer sessions through Twitter which he called Reece's Pieces. Subsequently he has turned these shows into an evening with Reece Dinsdale using the same Reece’s Pieces title, touring at various theatres in summer. Reece will resume his tour as soon as conditions allow.
The broadcasts allowed Reece to connect and interact with fans in a brand new way and a much more intimate setting. These were naturally a huge hit with fans, providing a unique insight into Reece's working and personal life and thoughts. The series comprised nine recordings from April to July 2020 plus a two-part Christmas special.
Originally broadcast on Periscope, when Twitter announced in early 2021 that they were discontinuing the Periscope service there was concern that these recordings could be lost. With that in mind the sessions were downloaded from the original source and are presented here as an archive for fans to continue to enjoy.
If/when Reece records more Reece's Pieces we will endeavour to add them to this collection.
